Director of School Culture
I am both humbled and excited to join a team of educators that truly believe in providing exceptional education to the scholars of HFCA. During my time as a classroom teacher, I took pride in being able to cultivate and nourish relationships with not only scholars but with their families as well. As a member of strong school leadership teams in the past, I have successfully created and implemented several school initiatives and programs that promote community and retention. I truly believe in the mission of HFCA and look forward to the journey ahead of preparing our scholars for their academic journey to and through college.

College Coach and Counselor
I have worked as HFCA’s College Coach and Counselor for the past 9 school years. I am a firm believer in our mission of sending our kids to and through college and feel that it is the best way for them to be able to live the lives they want to live when they get older. I get excited for the opportunity to teach them about college, expose them to college and help them believe that it is something that they can and will do when they graduate from high school.

I am luckiest Principal in Milwaukee as I have scholars, parents, and staff who are deeply committed to MCA’s vision of nurturing scholars capable of transforming their world by going to and through college. Although I was born and raised in Chicago and spent 13 years with amazing educators of Chicago’s Public School System, I have come to love and appreciate the generosity of Milwaukee’s educational community.

Dean of Teaching and Learning
After many years in the classroom, I am thrilled to be a part of the leadership team here at HFCA. We are in the business of closing opportunity gaps and I am responsible for developing the systems, programs, and relationships that will allow our scholars to show that with opportunities and equity, anything is possible.
