To protect students and children from diseases that are preventable by immunization, Wisconsin law requires all students to show that they have received the required immunizations or have a signed waiver. All Milwaukee Collegiate Academy students are required to provide documentation of up-to-date immunization records. Students who are not included in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) must have a completed a Student Immunization Record on file with the school.
