MCA scholars visited the the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin on January 28 as part of their World History course. Scholars learned more about the Sikh faith and shared what they had learned in class with their hosts. Students also had a surprise opportunity to meet Lieutenant Brian Murphy who survived 15 gun shot wounds while confronting a gunman during an assault on the temple on August 5, 2012. Students are scheduled to be on campus before the 1st bell at 7:50 a.m. Students may enter for breakfast at 7:35 a.m. The school day ends at 3:33 p.m. On Wednesdays, Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy has a half day, students are released at 12:33 p.m.
