MCA Scholars attend the inaugural STOP Awards on May 21.
MCA scholars attended the inaugural STOP Awards to celebrate their completion of the Students Talking it Over with Police program on May 21. Students were given star treatment including warm welcomes from the MPD and professional/college sports mascots. They celebrated in true awards show fashion with band performances, guest presenters and a proclamation by Mayor Tom Barrett.
