Parent Teacher Conferences on October 20 and 21

• Two days, virtual and in-person options
• Wednesday, October 20 from 2 to 5 p.m. (virtually, by appointment using Meet the Teacher)
• Thursday, October 21 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. (in-person conferences by appointment)
• Conference scheduling opens Friday, October 15 at 9:30 p.m. using Meet the Teacher
• Appointments are on a first come basis using Meet the Teacher

Please plan on attending in Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy’s Parent Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, October 20 from 2 to 5 p.m. for Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences or in-person conferences at the school on Thursday, October 21 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Conferences are by appointment. We are asking all parents and families to make a reservation either for either the two days using Meet the Teacher, an easy to use scheduling and video conferencing software.

For the Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, October 20, we will be using Meet the Teacher for virtual meetings and to schedule in-person meetings on October 21. Meet the Teacher is an intuitive and easy to use online scheduler. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and then receive an email confirming your video appointments in one convenient place. If joining virtually, simply, use your smartphone, tablet or laptop to join your scheduled conference.

Parents and family can quickly schedule their conferences using this link: https://drhowardfullercollegiate.meettheteacher.com and then, join the video conference using the same like at your scheduled time and date.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are a chance for parents to ask questions about your student’s progress and classes. It is also a time for parents and teachers to work together as a team to discuss ways you both can help your son or daughter as we prepare them for success. Phone call checks and Infinite Campus will only tell you part of the story. One-on-one conversations with all of your child’s teachers and mentors on the same day give you the full picture.
