Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy is a City of Milwaukee public charter school. The City of Milwaukee’s Charter School Review Committee monitors academic, operational, and financial performance and reports to the Common Council annually. An important feature of the annual report is the CSRC’s scorecard and annual report. To download the report for the 2017-18 school year, please click here.
As part of the state’s school accountability system, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction issues a report card for every school in the state. The report card is based on several measures and largely on the results of the state’s required assessment. The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction is updating its school accountability system and issuing a report card for every public school in the state. To download the report card for the 2018-19 school year, please click here.
The state report cards include some useful information. However, the state report cards are largely based on single required state assessment, which has changed three times over the past six years. Because of changing testing environment at the state level, We have relied on our own internal assessment to consistently track progress and set goals.
We encourage families and the community to review the more comprehensive results of the Milwaukee Charter School Review Committee, to learn more about our school’s progress. We pledge to monitor our progress along the way this year, and update families and we continue to ask for our community’s partnership in supporting our students.
