MCA scholars toured Tennessee State University on March 18. The trip to TSU was part of a college tour through Tennessee that included The 15th Annual BAEO Symposium in Memphis on March 19-20. The mission of The Black Alliance for Educational Options (BAEO) is to increase access to high quality education options for Black children by actively supporting transformational education reform initiatives and parental choice policies that empower low-income and working-class Black families.
